Canada, too many reasons to list, but mainly for the health care.
Australia. I'm in Canada....so I think down under is the next best thing.

Sweden. That's where the smart and practical people are.
I'm from the USA, so if I had to migrate, I would probably choose, in this order
1. Australia - I speak the language, people seem nice, and the climate seems nice
2. Canada - Close to the US, so I can visit friends, good national health care.. can speak English
3. England - it's always seemed cool to me! Maybe I could pick up a British accent
4. France - that would be neat!
5. India - I can kinda speak the language, and I have family there..
