What is the first thing that comes into your mind if you hear the song "Tea!
Question: Would you know my name
If I saw you in heaven
Will it be the same
If I saw you in heaven
I must be strong, and carry on
Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven
Would you hold my hand
If I saw you in heaven
Would you help me stand
If I saw you in heaven
I'll find my way, through night and day
Cause I know I just can't stay
Here in heaven
Time can bring you down
Time can bend your knee
Time can break your heart
Have you begging please
Begging please
(instrumental)
Beyond the door
There's peace I'm sure.
And I know there'll be no more...
Tears in heaven
Would you know my name
If I saw you in heaven
Will it be the same
If I saw you in heaven
I must be strong, and carry on
Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven
Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven

I think about the son that Eric Clapton tragically lost in an accident.
No one should have to bury their children. It's just not right at all!
And I also think about my best friend in high school that lost her life to a battle with leukemia much too early in her life. This is really such a sad song, but I still love it because I think I will see my older brother (also lost way too young) and my high school friend there one day! I still cry when I think about these people that were so special and my heart goes out to Eric because he had to bury his little boy.
I think about his poor son who fell out of that window.
its like a song dedicated to someone who died....
His child Connor's unfortunate death.
It makes me think of his son first off, then I think of my parents that passed away and it also makes me think about my relationship with the lord. Its a very spiritual song. Powerful.
my son that died ( he was born premature and lived for 3 days) this song makes me cry every time
The meaning behind the song, and my dad telling me about it when I was really young.
my dad..rip
I think of Eric's pain as he wrote the song
his son's death
my sister's death
my tomcat death
An unsupervised child falling out of a hotel window.
A friend of our died over the weekend from cancer. She was pretty young for that. She is the first person I think of.
the death of his son.
My sister
The death of a child! (first hand experience)! Tears!!
