Do you think the dryer really doeas eat socks??!
Question: I swear EVERY TIME I do laundry socks are always missing!! I check in other loads, behind the washer and dryer, inside little nooks and cranny's, everywhere! Even if I buy brand new socks, it never fails that a pair, or even one socks always goes missing!

No I think what's happening is like in that episode of Married With Children where the aliens were stealing Al's socks to use them as spaceship fuel. I think those sock stealing aliens really do exist.
My dryer eats socks! It also craps on my hubby's t-shirts and leaves brown marks on them! Ewwww!
mine does,for sure...I am always missing 1 sock---always!!! I think my washing machine eats them also.....

I used to think that the dryer ate them, but now I think that little gnome go into the dryer and steal socks. It happens all the time in my house, and often with my favorite pairs of socks. Ugh!
I recently counted 8 dress socks without a match, so you tell me. I am thinking of tying them together before I put them in the dryer. If the dryer goblin eats both socks, then I probably wouldn't notice. And I wouldn't waste any time trying to figure out where they went.

Start buying most of the same socks so when one is missing you will still have a pair!!!!!!!! But if the dryer isn't eating your socks then there is a sock ghost so be careful....lol
