Porcini mushroom, I don't dig on sun-dried tomatoes
I would go for the Porcini mushroom risotto... not a big fan of sun-dried tomatoes... but if someone offered that dish to me, I would certainly make the best of it.
Not a mushroom kinda gal myself...something about them being a fungus just turns me off, so I'll take the Tomato Risotto!
