I always find if I want to quit doing something, I have to do something else to replace.
Think about things that you really want to do and look at them in a positive way.
For example, instead of thinking, "I don't want a messy room", think "I want my room to be organized."
Make a list of those things you want to do and do them during the periods when you're usually online.
Self control is the only thing that comes to mind.
You won't have to do a thing...
