These are some things that you can do to boost your energy level in the afternoon...

Try eating things with sugar or drinking things with sugar. Not too much though :P

Go for a walk around the block

get away from your desk and walk some. get a soft drink. ask a question of Y/A.

about 20 minutes of meditation,
it does a lot for your mind and body.

The first thing is to not drink coffee in the morning. (This is not an option for me because I have to have coffee). But coffee will cause you to crash. Especially after you eat.

If youre looking for energy, You need to eat complex carbs, apples, yogurt, Orange juice, etc


And hey... If this doesnt work..... a quicky a lunch should help.

keep thinking that afternoons always followed by evenging n then good cozy night underneath ur blanket.n in between for a change u may have a tea break followed by beautifully made supper specially for ye by ur momsy n then a pie or pudding or an icecream or just cream.n maybe a sweet slow music playing around n hey by now i guess ur energy level automatically might have boosted out!!!

i usually get out of my chair and do something productive.
