Because it tastes good. And since when is soda hard to swallow? Come on, unless you have throat cancer or something the bubbles shouldn't be bothering you.

PS, people who call soda "pop" need to die.

it's the closest i can get to water sometimes o.o

everyone drinks it because it tastes awesome :)

It tastes good and I enjoy burping.

I drink Diet soda mostly so theres no sugar. I know theres tons of chemicals but who wants to live forever anyway?

Fortunately, you & I have VERY different taste buds,...I thoroughly enjoy both Coke, Pepsi, & Dr. Pepper with my clear preference being the limited distribution of Coca Cola Black.

    I think soda is disgusting

a bad habit i grew up on

Some people drink caffeinated sodas instead of coffee for the caffeine in the morning.
    :)

i gave it up woot woot

I'm more of a tea drinker but I have soda here & there for the yummy syrup, sugar & carb water taste.

Have your mouth and throat checked. Seriously. Even kids like soda, and no one is pickier than a kid.

I try not to drink pop simply because there's no nutritional value to it whatsoever. But I like the flavors of Sprite and orange sodas.

I guess my question is: What's wrong with you?!
