Should I take my son to a basketball game on Saturday night or let the ex use my!

Question: ~ It depends does your son live with you or him?

If he lives with him than you should take him!
( time spent together )
And if your son lives with you , then yes i think
you should give him the tickets, not so much
for your ex but for your son, in the long run he
will really thank you !!!!!!!!

then again you can ask
your son who he prefers
to go with ....... just a suggestion

Well, it depends, who gets to spend more time with him??

You or your ex. Also who would enjoy it more??

if u want to spend time with him then u take him.

It's up to you.

thats a tough one, who does your son live with. and if he lives with you, I would give the tickets to the ex. That way they can have some quality time bonding over sports and all that guy stuff

Do you want to go to the basketball game? If you do, then by all means take your son. If you don't, ask your ex to take him.

Sounds simple to me.

leave it up to the boy.......

Go to the basketball game.

Who knows you might get lucky !

If your son lives with you, it might be good to let your ex take him, just so that your son can know "my mom's not gonna talk smack about my dad..."

and when his friends are talking about how dumb their parents are, he can tell them that you're pretty cool.

Or, you could also ask him... don't feel hurt if he chooses your ex though

This really depends. Do you like basketball? If not than I would suggest giving them to your ex. Sports events are bonding activities but if you aren't willing to share in the excitement with your child then there's no point in going. So determine if you think you will enjoy the game and then make your decision because it could be a great experience for you and your son.

Just make sure NOT to ask your son whom he'd rather go with. It puts children in the awkward place of having to choose between parents and it can permanently damage your child's confidence.

I gather you might be thinking you paid for them... why let him have the tickets and have a good time?

Well, if your son would enjoy the game with his dad, why not?

Would you even enjoy the game? If you would, then you take him.
