The Wizard Of Oz! I absolutely LOVED that movie and read the books to it to!
for me this might sound weird but it was "Beauty and the Beast" because that movie taught me that i can fall in love with a man no matter of how they look on the outside, and that real love has no physical appearance as to how he should look like. lol.x0x0x0x0x0x.

I'm afraid VCRs weren't available when I was a kid. There were only three channels at that time, cable didn't come along till I was in my teens, at least.
What movie? I guess if I could only choose one, it would be The Wizard of Oz.
I also have fond memories of going to the theater to see Disney movies...I loved Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty, and Bambi...oh, and every Christmas I'd wait for The Christmas Carol (still do!) and Heidi...
When I was a kid, I read ALOT of science fiction. One of my all-time-favorites was "I Robot" by Isaac Asimov...which is NOTHING like the movie you may have seen with Will Smith, but IS the basis for the "positronic robots" like "The Millenial Man".
Do you know, when we were kids, we stuffed ourselves with "seconds" at lunch and supper time, ate candy and cupcakes with real sugar, and drank the occasional soda, without having to worry about getting fat?
Could be because we spent so much time playing outdoors...
