3 scrambled eggs covered with picante sauce...some hash brown potatoes and some grits. Cover the potatoes and grits with some white gravy. Add a biscuit and you'll feel fine after eating this meal. In 1 hour drink a cold beer. If you don't want another one....your hangover is gone.

i refuse to tell drunk teenagers how to get over a hangover. You're a big boy now...figure it out for yourself.

anything greasy or sugary. A pint of water wouldn't go amiss either, as you'll need to re-hydrate yourself.
I find honey-covered crumpets, English Breakfasts, or natural yoghurts work for me.
And if you're going to throw up, take a swig of Gaviscon (heartburn syrup), or a couple of Alka-Seltzer (lemon-flavoured water soluble aspirin)

I eat crackers or bread if i have an upset stomach
bananas, bread (2 soak up the alcohol), water (2 dillute the alcohol) stuff like that

Rotten meat. Trust me, the stinkier the better. I leave hamburger out on the deck all summer just so that I can go out and take a big bite when I'm hung over. When it smells so bad that the odor clamps your throat down and you can actually taste the odor in the back of your throat, that is the best.
Or just slurp down some raw eggs.
