Well, I've seen you answer my question. So only one time which is today.

What also would help is making your name more unique, using Alt Codes, symbols, etc.

Marcos, I've wondered just how many of us fade into mediocrity out here on Yahoo! Answers. There are literally thousands of users on here and as much as I'd like to remember all of the kind people on here, it's not always easy to do.
So, a good way to get noticed is to start developing contacts. As people feel comfortable and you develop shared interests, they will start to look for your questions.
I typically frequent the Religion and Spirituality forum and it took me a while to get the nerve up to make some contacts out there, but in almost every case, it's been worthwhile. If somone gets too pushy, you can always block them as a contact later on.
So, take a risk. Start watching the answers and when you see shared values, answers, etc, add them as a contact. You will see the link next to their avatar.
Then, people will start looking forward to seeing you on here.
