Nope. But I've seen "the Hitcher!"

We always hitch hicked when I was younger, it was faster then the trains and busses and a lot cheaper..

yeah, i was kind of homeless for a couple days and drunk off tequila for about 2 months straight and somehow met up with this very philosophical guy. so we ended up hitchhiking because we had been walking for 3 days straight. hmm... i was only sixteen...

no

Case in point! Hitch hiking is not safe!

Yes I have but never in a hearse.

no way . too dangerous

Good one!

HAHAHA good one!

I used to hitchhike all the time in my youth. My furtherest expedition was from New Haven, CT to NYC. Most interesting, indeed.

LOL....I used to when I was younger, those days are long gone now...xxx

My parents were dirt poor immigrants to Canada who never owned a car.

I used to have to walk for a half hour, each way, to get to the nearest bus stop, for at least a year; before they eventually extended the bus lines into our subdivision.

I'm proud to say that I have NEVER in my whole life stuck out my thumb for a ride, even on the worst winter days!!!

BUT neighbours would often pull up to the side of the road where I was walking and offer me a ride.

In Canada we have friendly neighbourhoods, and little or no fear of trouble from picking up a "hitchhiker".

I was the first in my family to own a car, and i take pride in picking up hitch-hikers, especially on lonely stretches of road, or bad weather days.

But I recommend caution for you.

I'll never forget driving over the border, in rural Michigan, and seeing road signs NOT to pick up hitch-hikers.

I guess there was a penitentiary near by. Good safety tip!

I do not pick up hitch-hikers when visiting the nearby USA. We get CNN up here!!!

Never would of i of accepted a lift from a hearse.. scary thought indeed. Good thing u didnt or they might of taken to your finally destination.

It is getting so bad I don't stop anymore, unless I know the car or the people. If I did and hearse stopped. "I'd say, just to the crossroads."
