What is your "mental" age? Do you feel young-heart or old before your !
Question: Mentally I am 38 and young at heart. If that where true, the age that is, I'd be having a baby next year. Now that will keep you young. I wanted to hide but he was the joy of my life.
Yesterday we went over to my oldest sons home & while talking, someones age came up. I said, I know when I look at the # that it looks old but I don't feel old in my head. My son almost jumped on the table & said " I tell you Mom, You & Dad are amazing". Neither one of you look any where near your age. He has said that before, but its always nice to hear again. He's another that kept me young. He was gifted with such drive to climb that ladder & did. He has a sense of humor & a great personality. Of my 5, he & I are the most alike he says & I agree. They are all unique. We are blessed and so are you my friend. I got carried away. Sorry bout that.

mentally i feel about 20 or 21, physically my body tells me different every day.....oh well life is still good
I often feel that my "mental" age is a lot higher than my actual age (30)....but I think that is probably mostly because I feel more tired than I should too much of the time.
Young at heart.
i'm relatively young but i feel so much older. It's probably because i'm the type of girl that ALWAYS stays focused and desperately needs to achieve the goals i hold up for myself. I feel i have to keep to myself, go on through the day without any distractions. While others my age (23) party often, socialize, and live happily..
my mental age depends on who you talk to. when i was in the hospital last year, for the first week or so i was rather out of it, and my mother, who has more than 50 years experience as a nurse, was the one that generally handled the medical stuff for me, and some of the administration personnel questioned my developmental age. as for how i feel, physically i feel like i am going on 80, and mentally i feel like i am going on 50(especially since i will be 50 later this year).
Mental age: 35.
Chronological age: 59
What I feel like most of the time? A 99 y/o lady who still wants to go out and PARTY! Geez, I miss those good old days before my body started to remind me that I will never be able to return.
The wisdom one gains is great. But the aches and pains are not fun.
