I bought stale chips and I got like 3 bags free! It was awesome!

Yeah, that has happened to me before LOL! I called up a facewash company to tell them their product gave me a rash, and they sent me a coupon booklet.

Yes, it was an airline flight, was stuck on the tarmack for 6 hours with no AC, toilets full, no food or beverage and they had the audacity to send me a voucher for a free flight. Like I wanted more of the same treatment...

Yeah, I know. Ironic, isn't it. It's also ironic how even though someone may be dis-satisfied by a company or product, they often go back and use it again. I worked in fast food, and just cuz someone may have had a bad experience once, didn't mean they would never come back again. All you can do is apologize and give them something free. Kinda to make up for it and the money they spent the first time. Besides, people like to receive things for 'free', whether it's something they will use or not.

Sort of. Years ago, a few friends and I went to Red Lobster (first and last time), and we had a horrible experience. When we complained to the manager, he gave us coupons to use for our next visit. I looked at him and said, "Why would we come back?"

NO! I complain to a garbag company before.

I have personally found that if you are very polite and tell the company exactly what is wrong with their products, they will just send you a new one to make you happy. (it tastes funny, doesn't work to my satisfaction, took too long) Just tell the honest truth.
