Question: Mrs. Way inspired me to asked this. She called me a jackass cause I didnt care if heath ledger or if gerard way were dead. I mean really? What does it matter? People die all the time.

no, they're not.
nobody's death is 'more important' than anyones. everyone has family and nobody's life is more important than anybody elses.
it's not that they are any more important than close family/friends,it's about the impact and the importance that they had on your life.
Death is sad anytime it happens. But nobody is more important than anybody else. Death happens to everyone eventually.
I think some peoples are more important yeah, but not because they are a celebrity or not. It depends on how much good they did in their life, the number of people they inspired. How many people will miss them. Idk. But if someones out there doing great things and loved by plenty and then dies, its more imprtant then someone who lived as an asshole and didn't appriciate life dying.
If this makes any sense. But yeah Some can be more important in my eyes. or maybe its just a bigger loss.
Valid point. Our society acts like the death of a celebrity is more important then anybody else's. Anyone who passes away before they should is a travesty but I don't feel a famous person is more important then anyone else.
Speak it. Ledger and Way had no direct impact on my life, so am I really supposed to mourn. I'm sad for their friends and family, but really. Celebrity worship has gotten way out of hand.
