It's possible. I think they want to learn about us, why were are so stupid as to kill eachother, start wars, and rape innocent kids. I hope one day Aliens come and we accept them and they tell us what they know and help us.
It's a big universe and we happen to be on a very small planet with a lot of possibilities floating around. I lean towards Asimov and Sagan..:)
