Lettuce. You can put it in a lot of stuff.

I put it in sandwiches, burgers, and salads. Sometimes I take canned tuna, lettuce, tomato, onions and mayonnaise and make a great spread for sandwiches as well.

lettuce in a very good salad.. or spinach sauteed!

homegrown baby spinach. tender and tasty- like adding salt to any dish. great flavor enhancer.
I add it to any stir fry or cream style soup.

Believe it or not, brussels sprouts.

Cooked so they are still a bit crunchy.

And the added benefit is that they are totally antisocial about 3 hours later. ;o)

I like Swiss chard. Not only is it beautiful colors, but the wavy leaves are pretty and taste good.

i have two which most will gag about
but i love brussel sprouts covered in light butter and any type of cheese yummy mouth watering now.
second one is artichokes boiled with salt and pepper then a dip prepared then pull leaves off and just eat the leaves yumm

Collard Greens.
We season them with Bacon or, back home in NORTH CAROLINA, a big ol' Ham Hock. excellent with pinto beans, Fried Potatoes and, Pork Neck Bones. MMM, MMM!

Lacinato Kale (steamed with fresh garlic, e.v. olive oil and basil) and Arugula (in a salad dressed with e.v. olive oil and lemon juice)...

Lettuce.... Because I Love To Eat Lettuce With Salt. mmm!
