Jamming a pencil your neck is hazardous to your health and illegal. instead rig up a tape recorder that says Get a life every time they start to complain make it say get a life. they won't know where it is coming from. . they might think it is you but they won't be able to prove it. when they walk away wipe a great big booger on their desk so they will find it .

no but you can blame it on your coworker and have them arrested. just make sure you get some blood on them and when the crowd gathers cry when you see your coworker and scream: "no more, please, no more" (make sure you rub your eyes before you say anything)

No, its your neck. If its your co-workers neck, you could get arrested and feel a satisfying sense of accomplishment at the same time.
You definitely can be arrested for jamming a pencil in the neck of the ever droning co-worker, but that's where it belongs.
I think self persecution sets much better with the judge than murder of said co-worker, so I say if it helps go for it!
