Question: I hate to admit it but I'll be honest, it depends on who's paying.
I'm very active (I'm an everyday cyclist and frequent swimmer) so I need all the healthy calories that I can get so ideally I would love to have soup, salad, an appetizer AND a main course (but that tends to get a bit expensive so if price is not a consideration that would be my preference)

never order appetizers. Appetizer shouldnt cost the same amount as a meal and unfortanately they do. I mean come on $6.95 for mozzerella sticks. WHY?
Main Course. I rarely order appetizers.

No, I never order appetizers, because I don't eat much. If I eat them, I won't eat much of the main course. I do eat them, some times, if someone else orders them, but only a little.
