Right about now it sucks to be an american I have 2 young children and cannot afford insurance and am not eligible for state coverage of any kind.

I saw it too, when it was out in theatres. Damn I'm happy to live in Ontario. I also just watched CNN's thing about healthcare, and it basically covered the same topics.
