A) considering i live in Aus and have never really felt 'cold' like others, i believe i dont feel the cold to an extent, so i would tough it out and feel the rain (:

thats no biggee try driving in that.
B- but if it was detrimental to your mental health (like getting the kids to school) I would put the boots on and not worry about being late.
This is why I moved from Boston to Florida!!!
