What will happen if I drink DRANO?!

You would die. Drinking Drano is basically the equivalent of drinking bleach; imagine the pain as your organs burn and liquify. Yeah, its painful.

well since if drano touches ur skin it burns off im gussing that itll burn ur insides and kill u but i do no someone who win was little on accident drank it but like the tinnest bit but he had to go to the hospital for drinking a drop
I actually took care of someone who drank drano. Slow death. It slowly eats away your insides. There is nothing you can do abou it. The pain is incredible.
I would highly advise against doing that. If you do, you'll deserve what you get.
If you didn't drink that much, you wouldn't necessarily die, you would probably destroy your intestines and esophagus.
