I don't recognize Valentines Day. If I had to wait for card & flower companies to tell my hubby to do something nice for me it would be sad. And it puts too much pressure on people who don't have a "someone" - they feel left out and "less".

I guess its alright. Its great because you never know if your gonna get a love letter from a secret admirer or not (I never have though). Its also a great day to be romantic without all your friends laughing at you ?? The only reason I dont like it as much as I did is because my boyfriend broke up with me like 2 days before valentines day last year
