When you drink Spite, is it in a glass or right from the can/bottle?!

When i drink Sprite i drink out of the can or bottle. When i go to fast food sometimes the Sprite will be in a cup.
If I bought in a can then I drink it from the can, but if I bought it as a 3 liter than it's in a glass.
