There is a local band here, Soda Jerks, who have a wonderful CD called Unhappy Hour, and every song is about being down in the dumps, rejected and neglected. Therefor it is a great CD to listen to when you are feeling sorry for yourself. More mainstream, I like old old Moody Blues albums from the 60s & 70s for when I feel down.
