I don't worry about the small stuff, theres more in life than worrying about all of lifes vices, I dont smoke or gamble, do drink but probably shouldnt, never get drunk cause I like to be in control, (of myself) would never get that drunk that I didnt know what I was doing, hope that helps you, but as for doing a survey on it, my doctor tells me all I need to know and I pretty much follow his directions, hope that helps, Goodluck!!!
