That happened to me to. You just have to keep trying, thats how I got my picture up. =)

That happened to me before, but as you can see, my avatar has a picture that I wanted to upload for my avatar. ^^
All you have to do is just wait a couple of days and your Yahoo 360 picture will show up. And if it still doesn't show up, write to Yahoo about it.
