Yum!!!! I love Hungarian food. I wish there were a Hungarian restaurant around here. Mostly I eat in bars. Some have really good food. Oh, I got it. Juanita's. It's a great bar with pretty good Mexican food. But... I still love Hungarian food!
Added:
It's actually a bar and a restaurant. I always eat in the bar area in the back.
Possum Holler. They have the best peanut butter and navel jelly sandwiches that I have ever ate. Friday night is all you can eat seafood and the dessert is usually a berry pie.
We used to have a large Hungarian population--and many great places for Hungarian cuisine. But Rutgers and other large corporations in our city have brought all kinds of ethnic peoples to town--so the restuarnat selection is extremely diverse. Prices range from cheap to expensive----the menu and the service at anyone of them is outstanding.
I live in St Louis

Italian>> Rigazzis or Cunetos
mexican>> Pisainos or El Mauguy

Ledo's has amazing pizza. They use thin crust and their homemade pizza sauce is awesome! I don't know if it's just me or what, but the Tacco Bell up the street always hits the spot lol. Oh, for dessert, there is a place called Cakes Plus, and they literally have the best cake in the city (and one of the best in the state).
