Question: Have you ever choked on a piece of food? I thought I was going to die. I did not need the Heimlich, it came out on its own, but it scared the crap out of me. Anyone else?

no, not me. but my sis choked on a piece of lettuce.... and she thought she was going to die. No one did the heimlich, and it came out on it's own as well.

Well, I once got a tortilla chip stuck in my throat. I had to drink about 5 glasses of water until it got all soggy and dislodged.

Well, it only happens in front of people, and it is embarrassing! Everyone one looks at you and usually it is just that the food went down the wrong pipe, or you breathed instead of swallowed.

Yes, with a candy cane. It was on Christmas eve and i was watching a movie and eating a candy cane while laying down and it was so scary.
