I have hired all races but I actually have to keep a better eye on those who are NOT white

Well, I would love to give an honest answer on this, but people automatically assume that anyone who makes a judgement or assumption based on race is just another backwards southern ingrate who doesn't know the TRUTH about the way things work.

Absolutely. I am racist, and I will not hide behind an innocent "no". I have had experience with other races, yes, and some do speak with such a slang or accent that it can be difficult to understand what they are saying. However, I always am willing to give someone a chance that they are different. However, I am not afraid to say that just because you are black, brown, green or whatever, it does not make you unable to be racist. You can be just as racist as the next person.
