Question: Yes, you take a drag of your cigaratte before you get someones attention. Then you hold the smoke in and get there attention. You strain like your taking a drag of a cigaratte from your ear and then you blow out the smoke you were holding in. So it looks like you took a drag off of a cigaratte from your ear. I dont know how to do it the other way around though....
