Why do the republicans even bother...?!
Question: i know same ol question, but i'm not a hater, i'm just curious. i am watching the republican presidential debate and all four men are carbon copies of each other, except mc cain is the one who is practically laying on the table...he acts like a 4yr old who can't be still during sunday school. (some one straighten his back up with a broom, he's almost on the floor! lol). but who ever wins as republican rep. this man, this white, suited, tax loving, war monger will have to come up against A FIRST. either a FIRST woman or a FIRST black man. and let's face it, american is bored and WILL vote for a FIRST. no matter what they will choose to make history rather than choose to make the same ol mistake again. so why do they even bother?
also is mc cain in the lead so that it would be a landslide when the democrats win the presidency?? i'm just curious.

I also believe that America is ready for change. Both parties have interesting people running. I would love to see a woman become president in my life time. How inspiring for young women all over the world.
I feel I must defend McCain though. Mr. McCain is a former prisoner of war. I don't know exactly what he went through, but maybe his physical ailments have to do with that, compounded of course by age. Anyway, he seems to be a good guy too. To be an American is to understand other people's views as well as your own.
I just want to see the future President make a difference and keep his or her promises.
well.. I'm sure not voting for a FIRST! I vote republican and I don't like Hilliary or obama! Everyone hates on republicans and bush but the democrats that have been presidents, screw around while they are president! <3

You need to check your attitude. McCain has back and shoulder problems from being beaten as a prisoner of war during Vietnam, to give you the freedom to sound-off as you do.
Yes, let's choose someone purely because they're a woman or a black man. Let's ignore everything. All that matters is that republicans are white and middle-aged.
Also..tax-loving? Sweetie, you have republicans and democrats mixed up there. Democrats are the ones that like to tax people.
Republicans are doing well because most voters are over the age of 12 and realize that policy matters more than gender or skin color.
