Okay, you asked so I tell. In the a.m. I take my dog out to do his thing and then stop at the Cafe for a cappuccino. I need to get home with 3 minutes or else................! That's the first effect coffee has on me. My second one a few hours later is less dramatic.

I drink hot chocolate because iam not a fan of caffeine and I never want my body to get used to it 'however' I do get the feeling ure talking about everytime i sip my hot chocolate =D
