Do you speak a foreign language? Which one, and why did you chose to study it?!

Question: I studied and speak French, because it is such a beautiful language. I learned Spanish from traveling to Mexico so many times. I learned Italian because I visited Italy. All of these languages are similar, and it makes them easy to learn. German was very difficult, but I still remember the first words I learned in German, "Wo es Coca Cola Light?"

Anime...lol?

I am fluent in Spanish. I didn't chose to study it, it's part of my culture. I learned it as a child.

I speak Geordie and it was thrust upon me because I was born in Geordie land.

I speak Hindi (Indian) language and I know it because I am Indian and I also speak the Fijian language. I was born and raised in Fiji Island. I am tri-lingual. It would be nice to be able to speak Spanish also.

french

iv been doing it for years but i haven't got much better for a while now i suppose i dont dedicate as much time to it anymore as i should.

i chose it because it has so much more beauty and, at the risk of sounding severely corny, romance in its words... and because i had already begun learning it at school so i had a headstart! lol
