Wow...really neither....actually a person who believes they do know everything, is ignorant...they never listen to learn anything..I would rather be always learning...and not afraid to admit I do not know everything and never will...for complete ignorance really cannot be bliss...how would you even know what bliss was?

Blissfully ignorant means that being happy, because of unawareness of the reality of some situation.............. and knowing all the facts would make u unhappy or angry....
so id be knowing and arrogant rather than be in the dark...... and not knowing enough.........
