dont worry so much. youre too obsessive. just eat right, stick to an excercise routine and in time you will begin to notice great improvement. i have confidence in ya, you can do it :)

depends what youve eaten today.

i used to walk 20 miles in the snow just to get to school

yea probably...if it was fast walking then that helps even more

Depends on how much weigh and what youve eaten. You could even gain muscle loose fat and end up gaining weight

You can't just work out a lot one day and expect to lose weight.

Exercise a few times a week, and the weight will gradually come off.

they say you should exercise at least 3 times a week, but damn I'm not even that motivated
