uuumm yeah...and I've also met some very unhappy Christians. Just because you don't believe in religion doesn't mean you aren't a happy person.

Yes I have. But I've also seen atheists who get angry and are sooo depressed they never seem to get back to their happy state so fast. They have no one to turn to in a sense and no one can guide them in the right direction. They have friends, family but there's nothing like God.
Atheists are funny. They actually believe that all this just "happened" and life just "appeared".

Nope I've actually never met an Atheist that was truly happy. Yikes getting a thumbs down for answering the question truthfully. It's not my fault that I haven't met any happy Atheists. It's not as if I said that there are no happy Atheists in the world. It's just that I've never actually met any of them.
my cousin and her husband are atheist. they are very happy. they are not those atheists that get mad because the word god is in the pledge or anything like that. they respect other peoples views even though they themselves dont believe it. I think its the bad ones that make other ones look bad. i just hate atheists that think they have to gripe everytime someone says god or allah or something like that......every thing offends those kind of people and i think they are just trieing to get attention.
Many, though i imagine there are less happy christians, the are not content with life alone and need to believe in something else to get them through it.
