MI - cold, kind of drizzley, suppose to turn into snow later today. The sky is very cloudy. It is 8:17am and it looks like 5pm.
Around the centre of India. It's getting colder. Never been colder. The mornings and evenings are freezing cold and the afternoons are pleasant :)

sorry! I teach English in my country, and this is the typical mistake..."How is/are sth/sb?" always refers to mood, or how someone's feeling; now, about the weather, the correct question is: "What's the weather like?"
I know in colloquial language people use the 'how' question, but I'm a teacher, can't help it! :)
Well, it's summer down here in Chile, normally it's pretty hot in Santiago, around 100 F, but today it's like winter! it's cold & cloudy...
