I don't really understand how all this works. I know you can get a violation for certain things, but I don't know what the penalties are. But to answer your question based on the info:
If it was something I enjoyed, and I had made a mistake, I would learn from it, and come back.

Yes I have many,many times and I didn't even get a t-shirt like Platy up there. Heck, I have even come back after getting a violation for bringing someone pleasure. Yahoo called it insulting another user but he sure had no complaints. Good luck to you.
