Last meal I made was red Spanish rice with gandules...ribs marinated in white vinegar lemon pepper, minced garlic, sazon, adoboe, and honey BBQ sauce...yummy!!!
Desert: I made my own ice cream cake...2 boxes of ice cream sandwiches. 2 containers of cool whip and oreos.
Place an entire box of ice cream sandwiches in the cookie sheet top with crushed oreos then cool whip..then the other box of ice cream sandwiches then more cool whip...freeze for about 45 min and serve! Make sure you cover with plastic wrap!!
