I saw The Departed and expected a cliche mob movie. But I got so caught up in the story that I was actually feeling nervous that Leo's character was going to get caught by Jack's. Leo's acting was great because he just looked so nervous being undercover and it made the whole film so watchable.
a must watch film definitely.

I liked it very much. A pleasantly convoluted plotline in which hardly anybody is what he seems to be to those around him.

It was a good movie, don't get me wrong, but then people were comparing it to Goodfellas... and when I finally saw The Departed i was highly disappointed

I did not want to see it at first because I thought it would be too violent but I must say the movie was EXCELLENT!!! The day after we rented it, I went out and bought it! Really good movie!
