I was ￡100 short changed from the ATM, when I told the bank I don't think they believed me and I had to wait till the next day after they had counted all the money up.
They returned the ￡100 into my account without so much as a Thank-You, I felt like a criminal trying to get my money back, banks suck......

Never been given too much, but if I were I'd keep it, their mistake, and if I'd not been given enough, would they have believed me and made it up? I don't think so, besides they rip us off with bank charges, so they owe us.

Yes I have, I asked for ￡500.00. and the ATM gave me `zero` and kept my credit card. Yes I did tell the bank, the very next morning, in an indignant tone of voice, and demanding an explanation. They informed me that I could only have ￡.500.00.a day cash from the machine, and as I had three times entered ￡.5000.00.(in error) The machine being an obedient little robot, chewed up my card.!! ( Red faces all around)

Never from a machine but a bank cashier once couldn`t count the money I was paying,,he got it several hundred Euros out,,,but not in my favour,,the idiot,,
I have in the bank,but when i checked the money, I took the money back,but it was only twenty (￡20) over.I don't believe in stealing money if I found a purse or a wallet in the street I would hand the item into the police because you never know
the person just might need the money to pay the bill or something.
