High school- an Acorn. We were known as the Royal Oak Oaks (Royal Oak Dondero HS-Royal Oak, Michigan).
So of course the other high schools referred to us as "the Nuts" or "squirrel food".

In high school we were the Wildcats, so our mascot was some kind of big cat, I can't really remember exactly what type of cat. Maybe a mountain lion.
