Yes when my fiance and I first started dating, he told me he loved me after only a couple of months and I told him Thank you. But I tell him I love him everyday now.

No, nobody has ever said that to me & I didn't feel the same way. Somebody once said "I love you" because I had done something which helped her out a lot, and wouldn't have said it otherwise, but I had done the thing because I cared about her. I just said "Yeah, I love you too". I think she understood.
