or knuckles, somewhere that is used alot.
one time I got a rope burn right in the crack of my leg

Finger tips and inbetween the fingers. I say finger tips because they chap easier and u touch more things that can cause more pain. Salt, hot sauce, etc.

On the tip of your finger when I was a bartender it never failed I would some how get paper cuts and making drinks and shots using lemons and other things like that you find cuts that you had no idea were there!
