Talk about it, think about it, ponder it, and then.... Throw it in the "Forget About It" column. It's not worth anyone's brain capacity, or stress to build up aggression, let it go. Let the steam out, and then cool off, and throw away the left overs, they get bad after a few days anyway, metaphorically and literally. Good Day
I try to forget about it, but if it is a juicy fight and later on I can jump on the disagreement I will!

I always save things from what i hear which turn out to be true and stuff that were said in arguments in the past and implant them into future arguments which are most likely to come. Its the most logically thing to do unless you like to get into arguments and sound like you don't know what your talking about.

I try to face a disagreement as a difference of opinion. Either way, the other parties might just be as correct as I am about the subject matter. There are so many ways to arrive at conclusions about things. Unless the other persons have called me out of my name, I think that me, as a rational minded person, can go forward in life with ease. Holding a grudge only poisons the body. I can't go for that sort of action. Would you? Peace!!!
To let go is healthy,,,,,to fest on wrong is really bad for you,,,,,Face it, solve it, live it and drop it,,,,,,,,It takes a lot out of you to be unhappy and very little to be happy,,,,,So just try and be happy,,,no regrets and you will see how good it can be.lol

depends on the situation. I'm usually a very calm and forgiving person unless someone interprets that as a sign of weakness and continues getting on my nerves. it is then when I become mean.
however, time heals all the wounds in my case, I don't keep resentments too long

I agree all the time little pardner, because it is fun to see what people do instead of squabble about illegal mexicans, although .....THEY might make good ammunition !!! we could drop em by the plane loads on IRAQ!!! yeah, illegal mexican immigration bombs...that would show those al queda folks a thing or two, and, the mexicans would probably be happy as a bean in a burrito !!!
