depends totally on the two people in question. I had a very satisfiying relationship with a man I worked with. It started out as a physical attraction and we just decided to go with it. We weren't a couple. My sons father had just sucummed to cancer and I needed someone. It lasted 9 years. Then I met someone else and we ended it. Amicably, no hard feelings. We became close friends but he just wasn't someone I could see myself living with. But boy work was a lot more fun!

Well for me it turned out really good, we have been together for almost 4 years, we live together, he is the love of my life.
Could be bad - since you have to see and/or work with that person every day. Especially if you break up in the end. Then how would that effect your relationship at work.
Bad idea unless you can 100% guarantee a long happy life together

*Anyone who is married & "separated". (wait until the ink is dried on their divorce papers)
