lol. Great thought but I personally would still pass because I would hire an attorney and try to get the ticket dismissed. I would rather not spend the money. Plus they want to make it more inconvenient since you were inconveniencing the cop.

No! Traffic fines are a deterrent, not (supposed to be, anyway) a source of revenue. My offering "speedy payment options" you've turned a traffic offense into a convenience store.
I used to just bill it to the company I worked for. I'm currently unemployed.
