was very good during my days in the air force, playing at station, group, command and for the RAF. my best ever figures were 9 for 17 from 7.2 overs.
Not really. I don't know how to do it right and I usually wind up throwing the ball 3/4 of the way down the lane so it crashes down and bounces before it hits the pins. That might be coz I'm usually wasted if I'm at a bowling alley tho.
