Answers: What area did you visit or live in and what did you like/dislike about it?

I've visited several times, I love the city. The last hotel I stayed in there was this past summer in a suite in the Renaissance near the airport, it was beautiful. Went to a Phil Lesh and Friends show at the Chicago Theater. No, wait--that was the on the Lake (charter 1?) The Theater District, The Loop--love it all. EXCEPT THE AQUARIUM. The Aquarium SUCKS!

The most amazing Italian restaurant I've ever been to is there, it was the first Italian Restaurant in the City--if you've never been there you HAVE to at least walk in and see it. Al Capone and Frank Sinatra used to eat there, it's so neat!

my fiance was born and raised there.....we visited last year and I liked it...lots to do!

I did years ago.. I hated it then and I hate it so much now that I refuse to go to Chicago for ANYTHING... I won't even FLY out of there.

I lived in Chi, on the south side. I loved the variety of people, food, entertainment. There was always somewhere to go or something to do.

I disliked being in close proximity to many, many lowlifes.

What i liked was when you look in the shy at night there's so many planes in the sky its amazing they don't crash.

I've been to Chicago, the Naval Pier is nice, visited with some family in McHenry, a nice quiet suburb of Chicago.

I live in Chicago. I dislike this winter weather we're having. I like the variety of things to do.

I like Chicago, near the convention center and the park,

i usually am the convenrion center working, but love to go to the park--almost as good as Central Park in New York

I have visited. Went to the tourist traps like Navy Pier, Sears Tower. Chicago was OK. It was big but still had a MIdwest feel to it.

I have never visited there but would love to be able to.

I have not.

I have visited many times... we stay at a hotel not far from the Field Museum...
What I like is that you can go out at any time, and not be bothered....

I've visited downtown several towns. I've lived in the far west suburbs for a couple of years.

i've been all around the city and many of its suburbs. i live 15 minutes outside of the city and used to go there with family.

Squirrel,
I spent a couple of weeks in the city (downtown) and I loved it. It was extremely cold but it was beautiful in the countryside. I had a business class that I took there. Have a wonderful evening.
Thanks,
Eds
